All moved into my own Parisian apartment!!

Today was a really good day. It was a bit hectic this morning, because we all had to check out of the Foyer by noon; therefore, the morning was full of last minute packing and making sure we didn't forget anything! We (Mikayla, Betsy, and I) then made our way back to Mikayla's apartment by foot to drop off the rest of our stuff. The walked seemed longer and more strenuous this time, because we didn't have as many helping hands. By the time we got there, we were all exhausted.
Betsy could hardly stand up

I was tired...to say the least.
After so much manual labor, we really worked up an appetite, so we decided to get something to eat. We went to lunch at a place called Cafe Benjamin, where the food was only okay and the service was horrible. We ended up spending about 2 hours there, where about 1.5 hours of it was made up of waiting for our food. Needless to say, we won't be returning there. After our ridiculously long lunch, we went and got gelato (of course).

Afterward, we went back to Mikayla's apartment and all took a nap. Amanda got to the apartment around 5:30pm and we then decided to head to my apartment!!! Luckily, we took a taxi this time, which was a lot quicker and not so exhausting. The girls helped me move in and Beatrice gave me my keys!! I was beyond excited, to say the least.
I am absolutely in love with my apartment. It is actually quite a nice size (by Parisian standards) and has an absolutely amazing view of the Champ de Mars and the Eiffel Tower. I am so excited to have a place of my own. I finally feel like I'm home.
